• We are based in Singapore, but to support global customer base, all online order will be sent from distribution center in China, so most package will be shipped by various shipping courier and your national shipping courier (USPS, Australia Post, Canada Post, etc.) when arrived at your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven’t received one after 5 business days or if the tracking number doesn’t work, no worries. contact us. and we’ll solve it!

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages, you will receive separate tracking information for those items. Sometimes for some location and item we use shipment methods that don’t offer tracking numbers.
